Carla has been in the investment industry since 1990 and has worked as a fee only, fully fee-transparent investment advisor representative since 1996.  Carla works simultaneously as an ERISA 3(38) Advisor to Company sponsored retirement plans as well as managing accounts for individuals and families.  

In Carla's free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandkids, and getting out on the golf course as much as possible!

Madeline began working in the finance industry as an intern in 2012. She joined Carla, full-time, in 2017 as a lead assistant in the Retirement Plans Department. Madeline spends her time speaking with participants and Plan Sponsors helping them navigate day-to-day issues and opportunities with regard to their Plan. She specializes in Plan Design and implementation, compliance and fiduciary issues, and making sure that Plan Sponsors are well prepared for any issues that may arise. 

In her free time, Madeline loves to spend time with her husband and three boys. She enjoys going to all of her kids' sporting events and spending time outside. 

Justin came onboard December 2022 as an Advisor. Justin has a passion for investing. His philosophy for long term investing helps his clients achieve overall financial wellness in life. Justin has built a reputation for providing his clients with exceptional service and guidance. He believes in transparency, communication, and understanding each client's unique situation in order to better service them and their accounts. 

In Justin's free time he enjoys to ski in the winter and spending time at the lake in the summertime.
